A reminder about cancellations
We think it might be a good time to remind everyone about our cancellation policy. We ask for 24 hours notice if you cannot make your appointment but any notice you can give us is still better than none.
When we have a last minute cancellation (or a no-show) we can almost never fill the spot and that means lost income for us.
Many salons today are taking upfront payments or credit card details for every booking. We have chosen not to do this but if the rise in short notice cancellations continues we may have to reconsider. Thanks for your understanding.
